Assist in the implement and management of the implement the Group’s Compliance Management Framework (“CRM”), methodology, system and programs, focusing on compliance monitoring. This include obtaining buy in from relevant stakeholders and providing feedback for its continuous improvement.
Assist and where required, lead the implementation of the Group’s Anti-Bribery & Corruption Framework and its related programs.
Assist in the development and implementation of Compliance related Frameworks to support management of key compliance material risk (Enterprise level) of the Group (emerging and current), utilizing the principles as set out in the Group’s CRM.
Assist Head of, Group Compliance Office in managing and operationalizing compliance frameworks (in line with the Group’s CRM) across the Group, which include but are not limited to:
Possess at least a Professional Degree/Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Risk, Governance and Audit related education will be an added advantage.
